We use CHO-K1 host cell lines and proprietary, systematically optimized in-house vector system for high speed, high efficiency and high productivity cell line development. We provide services covering from gene sequences to Master Cell Bank (MCB) and Working Cell Bank (WCB), including vector construction, transfection and pool selection, single cell cloning and clone screening, Primary Cell Bank (PCB) creation, clone stability study, MCB and WCB creation.
Diversity:
Production cell lines for diverse types of molecules (mAb, multi-specific Ab and all recombinant proteins)
Fast:
We can establish high titer stable pools in 6 weeks for protein material generation and select top clones in 12 weeks. Typically, we finish the entire process of DNA to MCB in about 6 months.
High productivity:
Our antibody stable pool titers are ranged 1.5-8.3 g/L. Our typical antibody clone titers are ranged 3.9-10.8 g/L.
Stability:
Over 90% of our clones are stable.
Regulatory compliance:
Animal component-free reagents, medium, and consumables are used. We also use single cell imaging equipment to document the cell division and growth during the single cell cloning process to provide the monoclonality evidence required by regulatory agencies.
