HJB has installed, commissioned, and validated a new Bosch fully isolated and automated drug product vial filling line and is ready for clinical projects. This DP filling line can fill liquid vials from 0.5ml to 22ml with a maximum capacity of 100,000 vials per day. The filling lines also automates the vial washing, weight check, stoppering, and crimping process. 

HJB can now provide holistic CDMO service from DNA to DP for IND or BLA filing with international quality standards, reliability, and speed. In addition to this new DP line, HJB’s facility in Hangzhou, China also has full CMC development laboratories, a pilot plant, and multiple GMP DS production lines. Since starting operations in 2018, HJB has completed over 30 GMP batches ranging from 200 to 2000L and helped many clients get their products filed for FDA and NMPA IND approvals.
